This series of mixed gas ratio cabinets are designed to provide high flow, high precision mixing of two or more inert gases and combustible gases.The external structure adopts cabinet structure for convenient operation and installation.The electrical part adopts explosion-proof structure box and explosion-proof electronic control element. The mechanical part adopts the patented product "mixed gas balance valve" and "mixed gas proportion valve" developed by Huaxin, which occupies relatively small space and has high mixing precision. The inlet pressure and outlet pressure can be adjusted automatically. The output pressure regulation adopts high-precision high-pressure valve, which is convenient to adjust and high precision. The output port is configured with the capacity of the mixed gas buffer tank according to the output flow rate, so that the output pressure of the mixed gas is more stable. The standard configuration contains infrared on-line analyzer, the digital display of proportion content is more intuitive and the precision of proportion is higher.
80% argon + 20% carbon dioxide mixed gas can significantly reduce welding spatter, porosity, uniform and full weld. Improve welding quality and reduce waste of welding wire and grinding.It can also be applied to food packaging and medical neighborhood.
