Product Application
This series of automatic mixing gas ratio cabinet is designed to provide automatic intelligent matching design of two or more kinds of mixing gas with large flow rate and high precision. PID closed loop control is adopted. Local and remote data can be monitored and modified for the device, and early warning restrictions are designed. The product is equipped with high-precision infrared on-line analyzer, through two-stage or multi-stage pressure balancing device and intelligent proportion control system, thus improving the mixing accuracy of gas, so that the mixing accuracy can reach ±0.2%. The control system detects and automatically adjusts the mixing proportion of two or more gases by PLC programmable controller, and realizes the intelligent mixing ratio. When the real-time proportion value of the mixed gas deviates from the set proportion value of the mixed gas, the control system automatically adjusts and compensates the ratio value, so that the real-time proportion value of the mixed gas is consistent with the set proportion value of the mixed gas, and the high-precision and stable mixed gas of two or more kinds can be obtained. Thus, the automatic intelligent ratio and unattended operation are realized. (including combustible gas, all electrical parts are explosion-proof structure box and explosion-proof electronic control element).
For example: 80% argon + 20% carbon dioxide mixed gas can significantly reduce welding spatter, porosity, uniform and full weld. Improve welding quality and reduce waste of welding wire and grinding.It can also be applied to food packaging and medical neighborhood.
