     The HXHJ-JG series products are designed specifically for welding smoke, cutting smoke, polishing smoke, polishing smoke, and other related accessories. This series of dust collectors has been equipped with a pulse ash cleaning system, fan start stop control, oil-water separator, intake flow equalization hood and other auxiliary facilities.     As the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge increases, the ability of the filter cartridge to filter and purify air will decrease, and the pressure drop of the inlet and outlet air flow of the equipment will increase, resulting in a decrease in purification efficiency. To avoid significant changes in the filtration pressure of the equipment, the anti blowing ash system of the equipment will operate simultaneously with the filtration system. The pulse controller will control the opening of each electromagnetic pulse valve in the order of the set pulse width and pulse interval. The compressed air inside the air bag passes through the injection hole on the injection pipe through the pulse valve. A set of high-speed and high-pressure jet airflow is sprayed out, causing an induced airflow with a volume several times that of the jet gas to enter the filter cartridge. Instantly positive pressure is formed inside the filter cartridge, causing the filter cartridge to expand. The dust deposited on the filter cartridge deforms, fractures, and detaches in a block like manner from the filter cartridge. The ability of the filter cartridge to filter and purify air is sequentially restored to its initial state, reducing the pulsation of excessive wind resistance, maintaining a balanced pressure drop and stable filtration efficiency. The dust peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cartridge falls into the ash settling hopper, and the dust in the ash settling drawer (more than one-third of the drawer volume is cleared) is cleaned regularly (usually 2-7 days) according to the operating conditions (visible smoke and dust in the drawer).

    Using a multi-stage purification device to purify smoke and dust exhaust gas, it can effectively remove 0.1% μ Smoke and dust with a particle size of more than m. Through the gravitational force of the fan, the smoke and dust exhaust gas is sucked into the air duct through the smoke collection port, and then enters the dust removal host. The smoke and dust exhaust gas flows in the filtering room, and using gravity and upward airflow, the coarse particulate smoke and dust are first directly lowered into the ash collection drawer. The smoke and dust containing particulate dust are blocked by the cylindrical filter cartridge, and under the screening effect, the particulate dust is trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge. After filtration and purification, the smoke and dust exhaust gas flows into the clean room from the center of the filter cartridge and is then discharged through the equipment exhaust outlet.
