HXYD-GD-38 high-end fume purifier is used for mobile welding stations, which has outstanding application effect for some fumes with high oil content.
Under the negative pressure of the fan, the smoke and dust containing large particles, oil mist and water mist enter the initial filter unit-plate type coarse filter through the smoking hood and the suction arm to filter the large particles of smoke and dust, and then enter the middle degreasing fog, water mist device, and the middle filter unit adopts the principle of high-pressure electrostatic adsorption. Oil mist and water mist in smoke and dust pass through the high-pressure conductive wire with positive charge in the middle filter unit, and then adsorb on the aluminum plate with negative electromagnetic field to achieve the effect of oil mist and water mist removal. Finally, they enter the rear filter cartridge, which adopts PTFE film-coated polyester non-woven fabric imported from the United States. The filtering accuracy is 0.3 um, and the filtering efficiency is 99.9%.
HXYD-GD-38 high-end smoke and dust purifier mainly consists of four parts: suction arm unit, control and initial setting, intermediate filtering unit, post filtering unit and fan unit.
Inhalation arm unit. The main features of the high efficiency flame retardant exhaust arm are flexible rotation in all directions, simple positioning, 180 degree rotation, and free rotation of the suction hood with a damper.
Control and initial and intermediate filtering units. The control adopts touch screen control, which can adjust the suction volume according to actual needs, adjust the frequency and interval time of pulse back-blowing dust removal according to needs, and display the information of wind pressure, wind speed and PM2.5 in real time.
Intermediate filter unit. The unit uses two quick removal filter cartridges, easy to replace, and the filter area reaches 11m². The filter cartridge is made of PTEE membrane filter material imported from the United States. The material has the characteristics of smooth surface, not easy to adhere, long service life, high filtration precision and high filtration efficiency.
Fan unit. It adopts advanced multi-wing centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, large air absorption, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection.
